The following bodies are authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) to conduct a technical review of In-Country Value (ICV) certification requests submitted by companies, and to issue certificates in line with the Ministry's requirements.

What a certifying body does
Technical review
Examines your spend, payroll, assets, investment and revenue against the Ministry's ICV template.
Audited basis
Works from your IFRS-audited financial statements and the supporting evidence behind them.
Issues the certificate
Produces your ICV certificate and uploads the score to the MoIAT portal, where buyers see it at tender.
MoIAT-authorized
Only a body empanelled by MoIAT can issue a valid certificate — a non-empanelled auditor cannot.
